Recreation & Park Administration

The Recreation and Park Administration minor is ideal for people who recognize the importance of parks. Students learn to promote leisure as a healthy activity. The program teaches students how cultural, social, and geological factors influence the development of parks and recreation centers.

The minor prepares students to deliver a quality recreation experience. Students will be able to work with people who have varying skill levels and backgrounds.
