I am an Assistant Professor and the Coordinator of graduate study in Sport Management in the School of Kinesiology & Recreation at Illinois State University. I earned my PhD from the University of Minnesota in 2011. Since that time, my research has focused on sport business strategy and management. Specifically, I teach, study, and write about sport team-fan relationships, ticket sales strategy, ticket service innovation, and ticket sales management. My overarching goal as an educator and researcher is to connect students with sport industry leaders in an effort to help solve current problems while serving local communities through sport.
