Making an Appointment

Individuals in need of the services provided by the SMART Clinic will be referred by the ISU Student Health Center, as well as local area physicians and rehabilitation clinics.* Students will receive an initial evaluation by the Student Health Center and, if therapeutic rehabilitation is deemed necessary, will be scheduled for further evaluation and therapy at the SMART Clinic.

*Non-rehabilitative services, such as injury preventative taping (e.g. ankles, wrists, knees), do not need a referral and can be scheduled by contacting the SMART Clinic directly.

If you feel you may benefit from the services offered by the SMART Clinic, but have any questions or concerns please contact us.
